Meet the Conductor:

WARREN BARRY

Resistance and Dissonance are the enemy.

So how do we silence both?

What do Geese Have to do with Leadership?

“Geese fly in formation for a reason. They rotate leadership, they honk encouragement, they don’t leave each other behind.
It’s not just poetic—it’s a playbook.”

From Leadership, Employees, Co-workers and even Family - Why do people do what they do?

Wherever there’s people, there’s people problems. But, it doesn’t have to be that way.

Imagine people working together with the efficiency of geese flying in a V formation, and the harmony of a symphony orchestra.

Why do people a call me?

People don’t call me when everything’s fine.

“They’re good, smart people. But the results don’t line up. That’s where I come in. I look at the system. The context. The instincts. And then we can finally see what’s really going on.”

In all my years in the industry there’s four consistent patterns:

  • Companies don’t know who they are and why they exist
  • People think Accountability for everyone else
  • They don’t know where they’re going
  • They have the right people doing wrong things or the wrong people doing the right things.

“So why does this matter?

“Because if you want to grow—and keep your best people while you do it—you need to understand how instincts show up at work.”

Are you a CEO that has an inkling that something is off with your leadership team?

Your gut is telling you the truth – are you listening?

Let’s have a conversation.

“The conductor doesn’t play a single instrument.”

“My job isn’t to do the work.
It’s to help everyone else play their part — and make sure they come in at the right time.”
