People Are Important

At Instinctive Solutions, we believe everyone has a place. We can all work together to achieve organisational goals and find self-fulfillment.
Sometimes, team members stand out in a way that is awkward for the team. Sometimes, it is us who feel as though we don't belong. The truth is, from time to time, we all feel like the odd one out.
If you’re feeling like a misfit, the goose in a pond full of ducks, you’re not alone.
Do you feel like a misfit? Feel like you aren’t contributing to your full potential? That you are flying outside the “V” and bucking a headwind feeling tired and frustrated? Or, are you in pain, or feeling like your wings have been clipped? When you are working against your grain, fatigue, stress and pain can occur, making everything feel like a struggle.
Every organization has teams of people that work together to contribute to the whole. Each team is dynamic, and has its own goals of what needs to be accomplished. In order to be productive and efficient, each goose in the flock must share, appreciate and respect the individual talents of every other goose in the flock.
Are you the leader of the organization? You are responsible for the individual geese, the flocks, and the entire pond. You see the pond differently. You get to fly over at altitude and see how the entire pond is operating. How do you keep the pond healthy? How do you get the pond to thrive and sustain the needs of all the geese? Can you create the golden pond?
Warren Barry was a featured speaker at an event I attended recently. He provided the group with thoughtful, interesting and useful information about the Kolbe Index and how it can transform workplace dynamics.
One of the best team building workshops that I have participated in. Warren’s high energy level, enthusiasm, and knowledge held your interest throughout the whole day. Very useful information delivered in an excellent manner. I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in
The City of Swift Current has been honoured to work with Warren Barry throughout the last year. We were looking for a unique way to incorporate team building activities and boost morale within our organization.
Warren built into our strength as a team. As the demands of a group of companies grows and expands, our reliance on our conative strengths is an integral part of how we do business. I would recommend Warren to businesses and groups looking to deepen their understanding of their teams and improve communication.
Overall, I rate Warren extremely high on the Kolbe workshop in which we were engaged as a team. I endorse Warren to any team looking to learn about who they are and how to effectively work together.
I've found personal strength since working with him as well. I've stopped pressuring myself to do the things that aren't in my natural instincts as I used to do and have seen a dramatic decrease in my stress level because of this.
Warren was a speaker for my TEC Small Business Group in February 2017. Warren designed and delivered a highly effective session to the ten participants, who are owners/leaders of business in various industries. His engaging, approachable facilitation style appealed to group of diverse participants.
Warren has truly allowed our employees to understand their natural strengths and has also provided Hillberg & Berk with a better understanding of our team dynamics.
The Kolbe tool is a phenomenal tool to understand why and how people act, react, and interact in their environment. It is absolutely essential for a team to be successful.
We truly appreciate all the support we have received from Warren. He has made the entire process easy to facilitate and easy to understand for employees. Warren is an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend his services if you wish to better understand yourself and your team!
Do you ever feel like you’re dancing to the beat of a different drum? A goose in the midst of a pond full of ducks? We are all uniquely different. There can be incredible success when we are allowed to function in our unique skill sets for our personal lives, and also for the organizations we serve.
It’s time to give yourself permission to be you - flaws and all. It’s that simple. You matter. You make a difference. You’re awesome.
